How long will my order take?+
Standard lead time is 7 days from order confirmation. A rush fee of $15 can be added to expedite your order to 3 days from confirmation. Each piece is handmade and requires curing time.
What products do you offer?+
Custom resin coasters, personalized trinket trays, and alphabet/number sets. Each item is made to order with your choice of colors, glitter, and embellishments. Don't see what you want? Reach out and I can see what we can do.
Can I see a mockup before you make my item?+
I work with the details you provide in the order form to create your piece. If you have a specific vision, share it in the notes and I'll confirm the design before starting.
How do I care for my resin keepsake?+
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid direct heat, harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to sunlight. Resin pieces are durable but not dishwasher or oven safe.
Do you offer local pickup or shipping?+
Once your order is confirmed, I can arrange local pickup or shipping. Shipping costs and timing are calculated based on your location and added to the final order total.
Can I create a custom bulk order?+
